Workflow

The system has a unique workflow process which allows applications for leave and training to be applied for from anywhere in the world on a 24/7/365 basis.

 

Analysis and Reporting Tool

The system has its own build in query generator which allows for reporting on all fields contained in the database. Information can be viewed on screen, printed or exported to excel for further manipulation.

Training

Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs) are generated automatically from information contained in the training module. Based on the competencies required of an employee and the deliverables of a training course the training module will recommend training to rectify poor performance.

 

Employment Equity Plans

Reduce the time spent searching for information when completing your EE report. The system populates the required statistics from information extracted from the database.

 

Import/Export

Importing of employee data from spreadsheets minimise the amount of time required to populate the system. Exporting in a spreadsheet format to third party systems is straight forward with a “single button” export to Microsoft Excel.
